Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of IDM Parfume (“the App”), an internal tool provided to authorized affiliates of the IDM Parfume brand to help them publish brand product videos to their own TikTok accounts using TikTok’s official APIs.

1. Eligibility

The App is intended only for affiliates who have been authorized by IDM Parfume. By using the App you confirm that you are an authorized affiliate and that the TikTok account you connect is your own and that you have the right to post content to it.

2. Account Connection and Consent

To use the App you connect your TikTok account through TikTok’s official “Login with TikTok” (OAuth) flow. During this flow you review and approve the specific permissions the App requests. You may decline, and you may revoke access at any time from your TikTok settings or by disconnecting within the App.

3. Acceptable Use

• Use the App only to publish IDM Parfume brand content you are authorized to share.
• Do not use the App for spam, misleading content, or any activity that violates TikTok’s Community Guidelines or Terms of Service.
• Respect TikTok’s posting limits and rate limits enforced by the App.

4. Content

You are responsible for the content you choose to publish through the App. The brand provides source material; you control what is posted to your account and when.

5. Service Availability

The App is provided “as is”. We aim to keep it available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Features depend on TikTok’s APIs, which may change.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these Terms or of TikTok’s policies. You may stop using the App and disconnect your account at any time.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
